Community Sliding Scale

  • Xinachtli (Ages 3-6 years) Spring 2025 Tuition

    Tier One = $1,500

    Tier Two = $1,850

    Tier Three = $2,200

    Tuesday and Thursday

    9am-2pm

    March 11th - May 29th

    Sibling Discount:

    10% off total tuition for one sibling

    15% off total tuition for two siblings

    20% off total tuition for three siblings or more

    Once you’ve selected your program and tier the appropriate percentage above will be deducted from your total tuition for enrolled siblings.

  • Summer Camp 2025 Tuition - Xinachtli (3-5 years) and Three Hearts Wild (6-12 years)

    Tier One = $325/session/week

    Tier Two = $450/session/week

    Tier Three = $625/session/week

    Monday - Friday

Equitable Pay Scale

ZEA Community Enrichment offers our programs on a wide sliding scale. Our sliding scale is an intentional effort to distribute resources equitably among children and families enrolled in our programs while striving to pay our mentors a living wage in Boulder County. All proceeds go to the work of ZEA Community Enrichment.

Our organization is grass roots and works in partnership with local schools, nonprofits, and community organizations, especially organizations that are majority-owned by leaders with intersecting marginalized identities. Paying at the higher end of the scale makes it possible for us to offer full scholarships to Global Majority youth and families experiencing financial hardship while offering a living wage to mentors. Your enrollment and active participation using ZEA’s Community Sliding Scale is key to the health and longevity of our programs.

Enrollment Process:

1. Click the Enroll button above. You will be guided to our Application.

2. Once we’ve received your application, we’ll be in touch by email or phone. Depending on the program you’re interested in, we will follow up about next steps.

3. From there, we will send you Enrollment Forms, if you are a returning family, please update these as needed.

Summer Programs - Monday, March 3rd

Autumn Xinachtli - Tuesday, July 8th

Payment Plan: Families are welcome to pay in installments. These pay periods are outlined in the Family Handbook. If there is a need for an individualized payment plan, please email me as soon as possible. 

Cancellation Policy: If you decide to withdraw and we are able to fill your child's space from our waitlist, full tuition is refundable minus a one-time $200 Administrative Fee. Please note, this is not a guarantee for a full refund. If we are unable to fill your child's space, you will owe ZEA Community Enrichment in full and no refunds will be given. 

5. Liability Waiver will be filled out in-person at Pachamama Farm & Wellness 

6. Family Handbook will be emailed upon enrollment.
